Hello,

Please upload a picture of the supposed fungal infection on thigh and back. If it is a fungal infection you may need to use antifungal ointment such clotrimazole ointment. Before apply the ointment you can wash the area well with soap and water and also dry it well with towel. You can also use low grade hair dryer to help drying your skin well. Use wide cotton clothes.
