Question : I think I have a fungus on my penis. I get it on my body but never my penis?

It's looking like fungal infection.
I treat such cases with a topical antifungal cream like clotrimazole to be applied twice daily for at least two months.
It is safe and effective and usually available over the counter
You will get relief within two weeks but it is important to continue treatment for 2 months to prevent recurrence.
