Suggest Treatment For Fungal Infection On The Thigh

Question : I have what I thought was a fungal infection on my thigh. But there is now a sore that won't heal with a tiny little pin.... like a planters wart in the middle of it. I have tried many different fungal cures but it doesn't seem to be doing anything

Seems like a bacterial skin and soft tissue infection. For this sore you may use a topical antibiotic e.g mupirocin 2% cream or fusidic acid 2% cream, 2x daily.
