                                            Question : Hi Doctor XXXXXXX
Thank you for your email.
The mycetoma fungal ball is located in the sphenoid sinus- which is quite far in.
it cannot be treated with water steam or nasal spray.
It is an incidental finding.
I have seen the specialist , and the only way to remove the fungal ball so far in is surgery.
I have schedule to have the surgery on the 7/9/16. The surgery frightens me as it is near the skull and also
the eyes nerves.
Pray for me that the surgery will go smoothly and my eyes and skull will not be disturbed.
