Suggest Treatment For Fungal Skin Infection On Legs

Question: Hello Sir
I have some skin infection like rash painly in legs ( red and inflamed skin). From yesterday I could see it growing in the private part also. It is very much itching and very dry. I used Scabex lotion and no results. Please advise.

It is looking like fungal infection.
Apply ointment clotrimazole twice daily for 15 days. You will get good results.
