Suggest Treatment For Furuncles

Question : I had a mosquito bite like boil on my neck and I accidentally cut it during shaving. It has turned nasty now. I washed it with betadine and put a Jonson&Jonson eucalyptus plaster. It was oozing pus, so I took Althrocin 500 mg twice daily for two days. It is slightly better now. Please advice the further line of treatment. Attached the boil selfie, it is on my right side of my neck.

Hello,Thanks for the query.
You have developed furuncles.
These are deep bacterial infections.
Treatment is with antibiotics and it is good that you have already started taking Azithromycin.
Continue it for another 5 days.
Also apply ointment mupirocine twice daily for 5 days.
