Brief Answer:
Upper endoscopy&abdominal ultrasound advised for further evaluations...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.
Your problems with gas and acidity might be related to possible gallbladder and/or stomach issues. Upper endoscopy together with abdominal ultrasound are advised to determine the right diagnosis.
For the moment, I advise to take:
- buscopan when you have the pain
- antacids after meals and PPIs to optimize stomach pH.
It is also very important to avoid taking those foods that would aggravate your gas and stomach hyperacidity problems like:
- nuts
- citrus
- caffeinated drinks
- alcohol
- smoking,etc.
Hope it was of help!
