Question : Hi Doctor, my wife has been experiencing gas related problems for the last 2 weeks and feeling like not to eat , little burning sensation in throat and because of this she is also feeling acute one side head pain mostly on scalp area the pain come and goes suddenly it is some time unbearable. she is recently experiencing tiredness and back and leg pains as well which started due to gas problem also to mention here that in 2015 she got her gall bladder removed due to Stone. Doctor had asked her to take AC loc whenever she will feel acidity and gas. but it was fine for the long period and recently started acidity problem continuously and everyday it is not good to take AC loc . please suggest what remedies can we do. thanks

She should avoid coffee, citrus, tomatoes, fatty / spicy food. She should eat multiple smaller meals and go to bed 2-3 hours after food.
