Question : Hi
I have gastritis ,indigestion, irregular bowl H/O dueodinal ulcer.
I am loosing my weight gradualy now i am 50k with 5ft 8 inch .It seems i have some other problem along with gastritis ie- liver and intestine .
Please guide me

How long have you been suffering from gastritis and indigestion ?
How did you get the duodenal ulcer diagnosed ?

How much weight have you lost and in what duration ?

Did you ever get any endoscopy or liver function test done ?

Do you have anorexia, or other symptoms related to liver disease ?

My age is 41 years
I am Male Nurse worked as company nurse in Saudi Arabia . Currentely I am running a medical shop in XXXXXXX
Stress level - I am anxious nature I took antidippresent for two years but now these medicine producr side effect ie - doarrhoea, nausia ,constipation.

Since 2004 i m suffering from gatritis and indigestion

In 2004 by barium meal

I have lost almost 7-8 kg in last one year. I have fat intolerance, my face and body looks very thin and sick
Note - In 1 day out out of 30-40 days if I pass soft stool my face looks good and i feels good.
But mostely i pass indigested stool like - first it comes soft then liqued .

2004 - barium meal -- duodenal ulcer
2005-6 Endoscopy and colonoscopy - normal
2009-10 Endoscopy - Erosion in stomach
2011-12 - Endoscopy - mild hitus Hernia
LFT - not performed last 4 year
was littel eleveted in 2005-6
But was normal after
Anorexia - I rarely feel good appetite. Feels fullness of stmach , feeling somthing when swallow dyspepsia,
Fat intolerancr.
Note - I never got Vometing and severe abdominal pain.
I hear some sound from my intestine and stomach

Please help me.

I would treat you for GERD and IBS together after getting a fresh liver function test done

Manage your stress levels with meditation and yoga

Follow the instructions below :

1] Avoid spicy, fermented meals
2] Do not have heavy meals
3] Avoid smoking and alcohol
4] Wear loose clothes
5] Do not stoop
6] Do not lift heavy weights
7] Raise the head end of your bed
8] If Obese lose weight
9] If under stress - Manage stress levels by meditation and exercise

Take a capsule of rabeprazole and domperidone along with a good probiotic twice a day before breakfast and before dinner
