Suggest Treatment For Gastrocolic Reflex

Question: Hii i am 20 years old.
From last 4 to 5 days i have to go toilet after eating anything either it is vegetable or grains like wheat.
When i sit it is nearly ok but when i stand i urge to go toilet not immidiately but pressure is constant.
I am feeling full uncomfortable while pressure.
My backside get wet during pressure.
After i go toilet i feel relax completely.
My stool is completely normal not solid not liquid.
I can't go outside for eating because after that i feel for toilet urge.
Please help like that i don't feel pressure for toilet
Please help me .

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. The urge that you feel is due to a phenomenon called gastrocolic reflex (food in gastro or stomach triggers reflex in the colon) that may make you give you this urge each time that you take food. Usually it is seen in infants but can be seen in adults from time to time. Although it is uncomfortable, there is no cause to get concerned about it. I would insist you to take a fiber rich diet and to take plenty of water on regular basis. Nothing else needs to be done.

hi i am now 20 years old.
since 7 to 8 months i've been suffering from itching all over body without any symptomps on skin..
only full itching all day especially on scalp and eyes and around penis and palm.
after taking shower itching get worsens..whole day itching continue from body part to part repeatedly after 5 min. relief.
i've concenrend so much doctors
and all doctor gives anti histamine tablet.
please give me advice that how can i stop itching on my body ..it is deadly itching from blood..
i am sending you my reports please look at it and give me best advice to stop it.
when i take anti histamine itching stops completely.
i've taken so many anti histamine but itching doesn't stop...please help.

Thanks for the update. I would insist you to get the following tests done:
* Blood for IgE level
* Blood for allergy profile
