gastroenteritis in mild form.
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Read and understood your concern.
Few days history of being uncomfortable with abdomen and feeling of going to washroom but little or no potty indicates that you have a mild form of gastroenteritis.
I hope you do not have other symptoms of nausea, vomiting, fever or bloating.
I would advise the following in such a case :
Get the blood and stool tests done
Get started with a proper antibiotic, metronidazole, probiotics on a prescription of your Doctor.
Go for a suitable soft bland diet.
Boiled and cooled water.
Home made fresh food only.
I hope this should solve your problems.
Further tests and treatment would be required only if required.
So please get started ASAP.
Get well soon.
Please feel free to ask for further relevant query if you need to or if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
