Question : Hi Doctor, from last few days I feel uncomfortable with my stomach. Sometimes like sweet little pain or other. Also, I have noticed that I always feel that I should go to washroom or so but wait works. And if I go I will get a little or no potty. What should I do to correct this?

Thanks for your query.
Read and understood your concern.
Few days history of being uncomfortable with abdomen and feeling of going to washroom but little or no potty indicates that you have a mild form of gastroenteritis.
I hope you do not have other symptoms of nausea, vomiting, fever or bloating.

I would advise the following in such a case :
Get the blood and stool tests done
Get started with a proper antibiotic, metronidazole, probiotics on a prescription of your Doctor.
Go for a suitable soft bland diet.
Boiled and cooled water.
Home made fresh food only.

I hope this should solve your problems.
Further tests and treatment would be required only if required.
