Brief Answer:
Reports and workup you people have done is significant and enough

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic!

Based on the history and reports you have shared, his endoscopy reports are clearly suggesting antral gastritis and grade 2 oesophageal reflux disease. Good thing is that barium studies and blood workup show no loss of blood, or signs of any debilitating disease and most of the workup is closer to normal. No evidence of cancers is found which is also very good sign.

Now comes the question of next plan of action as if how to proceed. Here are few things which will help.

Continue using antacids like omeperazole or pantoprazole in 20 mg twice daily or 40 mg once daily dosages after discussing with your physician.

Using motility agents like domperidone will help and will empty stomach quickly and also decrease reflux of contents into oesophagus.

Use suspensions of sucralfate before meals and gastric coating solutions like this, to help with antral gastritis symptoms.

Keep using supplements of iron, B12,;folic acid and D3 as there absorption can get impaired and can lead to weakness and lethargy.

Ask him to avoid long fasting or long gaps between meals. Eat less but more frequently with small amounts in small gaps.

Don't use spicy, greasy, oily or high protien foods and fizzy drinks.

Don't lye flatter just after meals and do brisk walk after meals.

Avoid fear of foods and eat more vegetables and fibres. Use cold Milk more often with ispaghol husk.

Hoping him to have a quick recovery. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
