Brief Answer:
Need to be thoroughly investigated

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.

The kind of itching you have is basically generalised pruritus.
It is important to find the cause of the same by doing various blood tests .
Also since you have been taking various oral antihistamines without much relief ,you might have to be started on oral steroids to control the allergic itching .
So my advise would be that you should see a nearby dermatologist soon who can assess your condition completely and start treatment .
For the time being ,you can take either levocetrizine or loratidine daily to control the itching .
Mix and apply cortisone cream with olive or almond oil over the body twice daily for rapid relief .
