Generic Val.1000mg 3-4times daily oneMonth/Now 500mg genFamv.(two 1500mgdosages a day) . My 1st genital herp.outbreak looked exactly like internet pics .& found out just had been w/ someone infected . Still have two cold sores by anus.I had 6. Am i not getting well bc of a very low immune system& stress, or bc i take adderall daily. I went on a strict all raw food diet at a health retreat & no adderall for 6 days & got tremendously ( but not completely free of visual ob ) better, but ilI couldnt function bc of no adderall & I dont think I can live in a diet like that full time. Could i have an autoimmune disease? All of this is embarrasing, expensive and so depressing. If i stop the med for a day or two I feel a difference ( like a heaviness inside my vaginal walls ),but nothing more can be seen. My clitoris(?) feels itchy & looks ruffled or like a sawtooth blade on the edges & it's swollen & looks cut up in different sections

Brief Answer:
Clinical presentation doesn't fit into the diagnosis of herpes

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Your clinical symptoms at present doesn't fit into the diagnosis of herpes.
Herpes doesn't have this kind of presentation.
These symptoms and appearance can be due to lichen simplex chronicus which is a chronic inflammatory disease of vulva and adjoining areas.
You should consult a dermatologist and get yourself clinically examined.
Moreover even if it is herpes the episodic dose of Valciclovir is 1 gram twice daily for 7-10 days or famciclovir 250 mg twice daily for 7-10 days.
It shouldn't be taken for long duration of time unless seriously indicated.
Suppressive therapy of herpes is given in case of frequent, severe or distressing recurrences.
The suppressive dose of valciclovir is 500-1000 mg daily depending on the frequency of recurrences or famciclovir 250 mg twice daily.
You have already taken too high doses. So I would recommend you to get yourself clinically examined and confirm the diagnosis before taking more antivirals.

Dr Asmeet
