Question : Hello sir since friday some boutons red and yellow at the surface appeared in my vagina and hurt so bad when i urinate it is so painful that I'm crying each time I urinate i'm really scared and don't know what it is and how I can get rid of that i can't even walk well nor eat I have problem to sleep and I have always Headache and fever can you help me please ?

The symptoms you are experiencing is suggestive of genital herpes, caused by herpes virus.
It is cjmharacterised by blisters, ulcer formation and pain in the vagina and genital area. Transmitted by unprotected intercourse.
Physical/vaginal examination can confirm the diagnosis. Early initiation of anti viral medication (Acyclovir) will reduce the disease severity and duration.
So please be advised to follow up with the urgent care as soon as possible.
Meanwhile, you can take Advil to reduce the pain and inflammation.
You can also apply over the counter lidocaine ointment to relieve the pain.
Avoid sexual contact until the blisters have completely healed.
