Question : I was diagnosed with genital warts several years ago, had them removed, and now they've come back. This big red bump between the two warts is what i'm mostly concerned about as I've never had anything like this before. It's been there for 5 days and is slightly painful to the touch. Feels somewhat like an ingrown hair. What do you think this is?
Brief Answer:
Seems to be foliculitis, apply topical antibiotic

Hi
Thanks for being at Health Care Magic
I am Dr Asmeet Kaur Sawhney, Dermatologist.
I have reviewed the attached photographs and it is looking like a folliculitis which is inflammation of the hair follicle usually due to bacterial infection.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply topical antibiotic like Neosporin ointment or Mupirocin cream on this bump twice daily for 5-7 days and take anti inflammatory medicines like Ibuprofen 400 mg thrice daily after food for next 2-3 days for pain and inflammation.
This should resolve in a week's time.

Dr Asmeet
