Brief Answer:
Agomelatine could be a better option for you

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I read your query and understand your concerns.

keeping in view of the stress, anxiety and past history of depression I feel a SSRI group of medication will be better option for management of these issues. This group of medication include lexapro, celexa, zoloft, prozac. Among these lexaprto is most safe in glaucoma and effective for depression, anxiety and stress.

In case you have already tried them and found difficult to manage your glaucoma a novel antidepressant such as agomelatine can be used.

Agomelatine is an antidepressant which have novel mechanism off action and helps in both anxiety and depression. I am not sure whether it is available in your country but if available this could be your bet for these issues.

Wellbutrin is another option but unfortunately it dose not work in anxiety and effective only for depression.

I hope this helps you further.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
If not, you may close the discussion and if possible you may rate the answer for my future patients.
