Question : I have gotten ghonorriea before and i know how it manifest but this time is not the same, its just feels lingering medium pain

Gonnorhea dont need to be manifested always on same ways and it still may be gonnorhea or some other STD so testing should be done. Also, it could be uroinfection so urine analysis is required. Wish you good health. Regards
