Brief Answer:
colchicine, NSAIDS, corticosteroids

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs) are the mainstay of treatment. Patients with peptic ulcer disease or chronic kidney disease are excluded. Other relative contraindications include an uncontrolled blood pressure, liver disease, hypersensitivity to NSAIDs etc

Colchicine can be used alternatively but it has a very narrow therapeutic range which means that it is easy to experience side effects.

Corticosteroids can also be used either intraarticularly or by mouth (prednisone). ACTH can be given alternatively to corticosteroids.

In any case, septic arthritis has to be excluded because it is a very serious situation that may present like gout.

I hope I've helped!
