Answered by Dr. Dr. Gopal (3 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
Drugs are allopurinol, febustat, colchicine.

Detailed Answer:
Hi , I am Dr Gopal Goel Orthopedic Surgeon.
Two drugs are generally used- allopurinol and febustat. My personal preference is allopurinol since it has been tried and tested over time.
Sometimes in acute cases colchicine is also given.
In your case , the treatment will depend on the Uric acid levels and your symptoms.
