                                    Brief Answer:
Semen analysis normal
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
As per your semen analysis report is concerned you can be a father of a child and your report is normal and you have 8-10 pus cells present so you need a course of prescription antibiotics. So at present, if you have no pain in your scrotum then no treatment is required at all.
If you have a varicocele that causes you minor discomfort then you might try the following for pain relief.
1)Take over-the-counter painkillers, such as Ibuprofen.
2)Regularly wear an athletic supporter to relieve pressure.
I hope that helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Thanks doctor for your reply. I had actually consulted an urologist directly and showed my report. He said that motility is low. The total motility should be 80% and active motility should be 50%.
But in my case, total motility is 50% and active is 30%. No motile is 50%. He gave medicines to improve motility. They are:
1) astymin forte
2) lycobal forte
3) carnisure 500 ( levocarnitine tabs)
4) evion
Please suggest me whether can I take this medicine or it is not needed. Please let me know whether my report is normal and will be able to father a child. Please help me out in this regard. Thanks..

Semen analysis report
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
As far as your query is concerned, your report is normal and total motility needed is 40% only so you can be a father of a child without repair of your varicocele. Regarding these medications, if you want then you can take a single multivitamin caps at night in place of all these medications because these medications are vitamin tabs only.
I hope that helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
