hat is the risk factor for a Fatty liver grade-2 patient? Is it fully recoverable?

Hello,
1) Yes grade-II fatty liver is reversible but only to some extent, not complete.
2) You need some life-style and diet modifications for this, avoid lipid-rich diet, take high protein diet, use of omega-3 fatty acid containing oil in food preparation, regular exercise, intermittent fasting and avoidance of alcohol.
3) If your liver function test is normal with grade-II fatty liver then it is very likely to recover liver to maximum extent with all this measures.
