Brief Answer:
Hello dear. Outcome is guarded in old age.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I have gone through the details. So the treatment of grade 4 glioma in old age will include surgery(which he has already undergone). It should be followed by radiation as well as temozolamide oral drug. However keeping his old age in mind, i would recommend only oral temozolamide therapy . The average survival will be around 2 years.
Thanks and regards
