Hi and thanks for this image.

I have reviewed the image personally and this needs to be managed fully as a wound. I will recommend that you get this wound properly cleansed and treated aggressively. Creams alone will not do the job unless there is an established plan to follow through and get this wound well treated. All antibiotics will not work unless the dead tissue is removed.

In all, seek proper wound care and follow through. This has to be taken serious and not taken lightly.
