Question: In two days I got this red spot of 1 cm size which is increasing. I have taken one avil and now need consultation. I am attaching again the photo for your perusal so you can advice me

Brief Answer:
Two possibilities: fixed drug eruption and ecchymosis
Detailed Answer:
There are two possibilities: one is ecchymosis due to some minor trauma which got unnoticed and the other is a fixed drug eruption which is a reaction to a drug. But you are not giving history of intake of any drug.
Nothing needs to be done at this stage apart from keeping a watch a on it. If more such spots appear then we can consider going for a blood work up.
