Question : pardon me for this picture, but I have no idea what is this thing growing on my toe
it keeps on getting bigger and it hurts
could this be due to a tight shoe or could it be an infection?
and if there is any cream that could help,

Its due to compression.

It looks like some compression has caused it. Most likely tight shoe. Please try to eliminate the pressure on this area. It should get better. If no improvement in few weeks, it can be removed by a surgeon.
