Brief Answer:
Seems like Gum Abscess..

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain I have noted your history of Diabetes and your current gum problem and have reviewed the images attached..
As per the symptoms and the images, it shows a small lesion of the gum over the margin of the gum known as Free Gingival Margin and it looks like a Gum Abscess..
It can occur due to causes like traumatic injury to the gum with toothbrush bristles or any hard food leading to infection in the area and formation of a small abscess..

As you are a diabetic you should take care of it, but it is nothing serious and will resolve soon..
You can apply antiseptic oral ointment over it like those containing Chlorhexidine or Metronidazole..
Apply gum paint over the gums..
You can gargle with antiseptic mouthwash..
Do warm saline gargles..
You should brush your teeth carefully to avoid further injury and use a very soft toothbrush..
Take a soft diet and avoid spicy foods..
It will hopefully resolve in a week..

If you have any queries you are most welcome..

Wishing you a good health..

Thanks and regards.
