Detailed Answer:
Hello! Thanks for putting your query in HCM. I am a Gastroenterologist.
Gurgling sound can happen normally after taking water with meals and during digestion of food.
However burps may be due to excessive gas, or acid peptic disease.
For acidity you are already taking omeprazole, however it is not giving relief to you. So I will suggest you to step up the proton pump inhibitor to rabeprazole along with a prokinetic agent like domperidone. They come in combination such as Razo-D od to be taken before breakfast
For excessive gas I will suggest you to:
1. Avoid food that increase gas like beans, pulses, cabbage, peas
2. Avid food that increase acid productions like tea, coffee, citrus and spicy and fatty food
3. See if milk make your symptoms worse then please avoid it
4. I would suggest capsule containing simethicone thrice a day
I hope I have answered your query and this will help you . Wish you a good health
Combinations are not available over the counter.

Welcome back. Sorry for delay
No, it is not available over the counter. You can ask your primary health care provider or GP to write a prescription (Rabeprazole and domperidone).
Wish you a good health
