Detailed Answer:
Hi,

There is no medical treatment for Gynaecomastia. I remove the entire breast tissue preserving Nipple and areola.

It is a simple procedure.

For soreness, please take Anti inflammatory tablets (eg. Ibuprofen 400mg twice to thrice daily after food for next 2-3 days followed by Paracetamol/Tylenol 650 mg thrice daily after food).

You should consult a General Surgeon/Breast surgeon/Plastic surgeon and proceed further.
