Brief Answer:
Gynecomastia

Detailed Answer:
Sorry to hear about the symptom you are experiencing.

There are medications to treat gynecomastia which are aimed that the underlying cause, when one is found. For example, low testosterone with or without high prolactin levels can cause gynecomastia. Treating the cause is expected to improve the condition. Some medications like spironolactone can cause gynecomastia. Stopping them reverses the condition. Liver diseases can be the reason for gynecomastia too sometimes.

The important thing is to get evaluated by a physician in person first to confirm the diagnosis of gynecomastia and undergo appropriate testing to arrive at the cause.
It is also important make the distinction between true versus 'pseudo' gynecomastia because in the latter there is only fat accumulating in the nipple area while true gynecomastia refers to the development of actual breast tissue in the chest area of men.
Further it is important to not miss a local problem like an infection or rarely a cancer in the nipple/chest area of men.

Surgery is an option for the treatment of true gynecomastia if medical management fails.
