i can explain my issue here..

I am going through a situation wherein i have excess fat over my chest area since ages i.e. gynecomastia. I have tried multiple things so far i.e. to exercise, to gym, to not eat junk food, to do exercise specific to chest areas etc. etc. However, nothing seem to have worked till day.

I am looking at details of some good surgeon/ recommendation from your based in XXXXXXX who i can meet in person to discuss this and consult for treatment/ surgery!

Hi, the surest way to get rid of it would be surgery which could be open surgery or Liposuction in which they remove the underlying fat with almost no scars.
