Suggest Treatment For Hair Fall

Question: Hello Doctor
You are really doing great job here..
I am 26 years old, and having hair fall problem from last two years.
I have started Mintop 2% 10 months back and used for 5 months daily 1 time, and effect was observed good hairloss was very less.
Then I stopped it and using Clean and comb solution from last 5 months. But after nearly 1-2 months of this hairfall started again, we can say more than 150 hair loss per day.
and from last two months along with cleancomb solution I started Finax tab, and Adgain tab daily 1 of each. but still I am suffering from same hairloss. pls help.

Treatment in brief
Feb - XXXXXXX = mintop 2% daily
July - till date (Dec) = Cleancomb (topical solution)
Oct - till date (Dec) = Finax 1 mg daily.
But still suffering from hairfall..pls help

Thank you very much for this suggestion!!

Just have a small doubt..As you have seen my previous treatment, I was using Mintop, I stopped it, and hairfall started.
So If I started this Minoxidil, I have same fear of hairfall once I stop the Minoxidil. So can you please suggest on it how this treatment is effective and if any major side effects of it, because I need some long term solution for hairfall.
Also please mention the dose, concentration and duration of the treatment.

I had problem of drandruff when I was using Mintop so please also consider this point.

I am currently also consuming adgain as I mention earlier, so do I need to stop it?

Minoxidil usually has its effect only till it is used.
You need to continue using it.
Yes you can use adgain with minoxidil.
Hair treatment is usually chronic.
