Question : Hi,
My age is 25 ,when I was 21-22 year old since then facing hair fall. It falling excessively since my age 22 and then I took advise from more than five doctor from different hospitals and polyclinic and randomly checked internet and journal and at the end this all experiment all the outcomes ware equal so I start using Minoxidil and Biotin tab as per doctors advise also I have obeyed all the apply-advised from specific prescription.I got visible result for 8-10 months but thereafter again hair fall start and currently Its falling with high rate and I already lost 3/4 of my total hair but still I am using Minoxidil.

none of my family members has this issue.also currently no.of new hairs are less visible on my scalp.

doctor you know hair fall in this age is very pathetic,I have no stress,no previous medical issue also I never used color/gel in hair. only sometime I feel sinus issue.
What should I do now? Should I accept future outcome? pls advice

Thanks for the photographs.
It is androgenic alopecia caused due to excessive response of hair to testosterone.
I treat such cases with minoxidil and an anti androgen tablet ( saw palmetto ).
It gives good response in three months and is safe.
You can try this combination.

I have no issue to continue with your advice.Please Advise me :

What % of Minoxidil Should I use?
How I use Saw palmetto tablet and for how long? (I am staying In XXXXXXX Is this tablet available in any medicine shop or only Ayurveda shop?)

Use 5 % minoxidil twice daily.
Saw palmetto is available as androanagen tablet.
You can take one tablet daily for 6 months.
This tablet is available over the counter.
