Question : my hair is falling out , my eyebrows are getting thin

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mam.

I understand your concern.

The most important cause for hair fall and eyebrows greying could a possible hormonal deficiency like a thyroid disorder at your age.

This needs complete evaluation through a blood examination like Complete thyroid Profile and Complete Hemogram.

Meanwhile Zinc and Iron supplementation like Zincofer tonic 1 tsp thrice a day for 6 months will help.

External thyroxine has to be added only in case of documented hypothyroidism.
