Question : Hi,
I am 27, Male, suffering from hair loss. It started when I wash 20 yrs of age. Now, slowly and gradually my hair density has become so rare than scalp is easily visible. My hair has also become thin. The growth of hair in center is around 1.5 times less in comparison to the hair to the sides.

Please suggest some medicines, shampoo etc. such that it can be controlled.

Hello
Thanks for the query and photograph.
You are loosing hair mainly from the front and center of scalp.
This is seen in androgenic alopecia. It is a condition where testosterone destroys the hair follicle.
This overactivity can be controlled by using saw palmetto tablet. These are safe and are easily available over the counter. Along with this also use minoxidil 5% lotion twice daily.
If you have dandruff you can use ketoconazole shampoo daily.

Also you missed to mention how many tablets with what mg(160/320) should I take daily.

Is mintop forte by Dr XXXXXXX labs good for minoxidil?
