Suggest Treatment For Hair Loss

Question: I have been facing hair fall problem for around 10 years. I met many specialists in Skin and Dermatology and I also met Ayurvedic specialists to control my hair fall. Everybody prescribed some medicines but none of them control my hair fall so far. I almost lost my entire hair on scalp area. And I am not sure whether my body is not responding to the medicines or there is nothing can help for me to control hair fall. The below are the common medicines almost every Dr prescribed.
1.Minoxidil lotion 2% or 5% (It started from Mintop-2% and now I am prescribed Q-Sera-5%)
2.Finpecia
3.Fallihair
Now I would like to know is it possible to control hair fall and gain back. I lost my entire hopes to control hair fall at least not gain back. Why because I have been trying to control this by following several medicines for last 10 years but it never control and still falling. This is the worst thing ever happened in my life. I am so fit and I do exercise almost regularly but still why it's happening to me. I saw people who never care their hair, never do any exercise, smokers and drinkers but still their hair is very very good. I don't understand why this weird thing. At final I am completely disappointed and frustrated on medication what I have been following. I just want to stop this nonsense.

Brief Answer:
Androgenetic Alopecia
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic
I am Dr. Kakkar. I have gone through your query and I have understood it.
Judging from the prescription I could make out that you most likely suffer from Androgenetic Alopecia, which is genetically programmed thinning from the center and angles of the scalp. There is also gradually progressive recession of anterior hair line leading to a widened forehead.
Can you upload a few photographs so that I can better understand the extent of your problem and the best that can be done for your kind of hair loss?
Regards

Hello Dr, as you asked I am sending my current hair status photographs. I would like to mention one more point here. As far as I know there is no one has this kind of problem in my family hierarchy from my father to paternal grand father and from my uncle to maternal grand fetcher. I am the first person creating this kind of history in my family probably. And why it's happening such an early age of life. This is really bad.
Brief Answer:
PRP Therapy can be tried
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for the photographs. This is indeed Androgenetic Alopecia
In your case, since conventional medications have'nt afforded much relief from progression of hair fall. I would suggest PRP therapy in your case in addition to the medications that you are already using (Minoxidil and Finax).
PRP has also revolutionised the treatment of androgenetic alopecia. To get satisfactory results, 2 - 3 treatments should be performed at intervals of 3-4 months.
Platelet rich plasma OR PRP, is an autologous concentration of human platelets in a small volume of plasma has a higher platelet concentration (4-7 times) above the baseline. It is obtained from the patient's own blood after processing in an automated centrifuge and it is injected subcutaneously into the area of alopecia.
The beneficial effects of PRP in Androgenetic Alopecia can be attributed to various platelet-derived growth factors causing improvement in the function of hair follicle and promotion of hair growth.
Advantages: It is safe, cheap, and non-allergic and it appears to be a useful adjuvant in the management of AGA/Androgenetic Alopecia.
It is commonly performed by dermatologists. You can visit a dermatologist in your area and inquire about it.

Hi.
PRP is not stem cell injection but it has various growth factors derived from patients own platelets which can stimulate the resting stem cells in hair follicles.
I think you would really benefit from PRP Therapy.
