I would like to know since when you are facing this problem?
If it is recent event, have you suffered from any illness recently?
Are you suffering from dandruff problem?
If possible kindly upload the photos if your scalp / head.

Hair fall can be due to various reasons. Most common cause is enviornmental insult like change of water. Another common cause is genetic. I would like to know whether you are loosing hair from entire scalp or only from front and central area.

Please clear this point so can help you better.
