Brief Answer:
Crown head baldness and thinning of hair.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for asking Health care magic forum
I have gone through your query and pictures. It is most likely male pattern hair loss.

You should also rule out anemia and hypothyroidism by doing Haemoglobin levels and TSH in blood. If there is anemia then you should take iron tablets also.

Finasteride is helpful in male pattern hair loss. Usually 1 mg taken daily in so many people is effective. It decreases dihydrotestosterone in scalp. This is prescribed medication. Long term minoxidil application also is helpful in many. I prefer to give a tablet containing biotin and other essential nutrients along with minoxidil.

I would like to suggest you to have a good nourishing diet along with all the medicines because that is quite very helpful in retaining the hair and maintaining it better.
For the betterment of diet kindly follow the suggestions below:

1. Eat at least 3-4 different fruits saplings per day. Every fruit is good but you can make a combination of sour with sweet fruits such as oranges, papaya and other of seasonal fruits.

2. Pulses are good source of proteins. So everyday have a small bowel full of mixed pulses. Add green leafy vegetables additionally in the pulses which contains lot of iron and vitamins in it.

3. Sprouts are the best source of fibers, minerals especially iron, vitamins and proteins too. so add it at-least alternate day if you can not make in every-day's part of meal.

4. Over night soaked and peeled almonds will give you good vitamin E which is good for the hair growth.

5. Milk and milk products should be included in every-day's schedule.

6.Do light exercises, reduce your work stress as all these have bit impact on skin so also on scalp skin.
Hope this may help you.Let me know if any thing unclear.
Thanks

Hi
Thank you for your follow up query.
Finasteride should be used for long term. It may take up to 3 months to get a benefit. You must continue to take this medication to maintain your hair growth. When you stop taking finasteride, any gain in hair quantity is generally lost within 12 months.
Minoxidil also takes long term to get its benefit. It will take atleast 4 months by applying 1ml twice daily application to get its effect.
Hope this may help you.Let me know if you have any further queries.I am happy to help you.
Thanks
