Question : I'm a 21 year male.. I'm having problem of hair fall from last 2 years and problem of dandruff too. My hair fall started 2 years back when i had dandruff issues.. I have used many shampoos n oil but no benefit... I have lost half of my hair now i feel inferior due to less hair.. Please suggest me medicine or treatment to prevent my hair fall and dandruff problem .. And for regrowth of hair.. Thanks in advance..

Regarding food you can take any diet rich in protein.
Also you can wash hair daily.
Washing wont cause hair fall.
