Hello

Welcome to Health care Magic.

I am Dr. DADAPEER K, an Ophthalmologist and I will be answering your question.

I reviewed your history. It seems from the history that you are having halos and star glow effect around lights while driving at night.

The use of Latisse, a drug used to grow the eye lids is not responsible for these symptoms.
Cataract is responsible for these symptoms. These symptoms are produced by the diffraction of light produced by the cataract. The treatment is by cataract surgery.
