Question : hi doctor,
I have observed 3 or 4 small kind of sores. could you let me know what is the reason. for this and also suggest any ointment. do I need to consult any doctor?? my daughter is 6 year 4 months old.

It is looking like hand foot and mouth disease.
It's a viral infection and is very common in children.
You can apply ointment mupirocine twice daily for a week.
This should help her.
There is nothing to worry you don't need to visit a doctor.

1. Is she having fever ?

Yes. She told that there is some ichy feeling or may be mild pain on the tongue. she doesnt have any fever. she is active. she told that when she try to sit on knees its paining because of the sores on one knee.
Should i send her to school.? any restrictions on the food.?

Relax its just a common viral infection.
Use ointment mupirocine and give her paracetamol syrup for pain.
She should be fine in 3 to 4 days.
It would be better to avoid school for 3 days.
