Question : I have a pimples on my testicles but it's painful cuz rubing on my body.
It's kind of hard and white..

Probably you have developed folliculitis.
It is a bacterial infection.
I treat such cases with a combination of oral and topical antibiotics.
A combination of oral amoxicillin and topical mupirocine cream works well.
You can try this in consultation with your doctor.
If possible upload a photograph of the involved area.
