Question : Have always had these hard plaquey bumps on my skin since I was 6 years old.. i had a habit of picking them but they always grow back..also I have a couple dry patch areas that flakes I constantly try to maintain moisture in them to avoid them being obvious on my dark skin...what are they? and what can I do to cure it?
