Question : I have a bump/harden-skin (points out, not into skin) that's on the bottom/ball of my left foot.. Walking with
slippers is a bit painful but not so bad with soled shoes since the bump is nearer to the middle
toe as oppose to the center of the ball. Would soaking my foot in a solution of Epsom salt and warm water
twice daily cause this bump to go away?

I suspect corns as per your history, But it can conclude only after seeing a pic
I would also like to know few more information like
Since when you have this problem?
Is there any history of injury?
Is it painful to touch?
