Brief Answer:
Blood in the stool

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

You have blood in the stool.
That could be because of fissure around the anus. Since the blood is not mixed with stool you do not have big reason to worry.
However I suggest anoscopy test done by a doctor to confirm the fissure. Standard guidelines say to go beyond the sigmoid colon to check for polyps in the colon for people over 60 yrs of age who complain about painless bleeding during bowel movements.
So please visit the doctor.

The colonoscopy I had 7 months ago, they had found & removed 2 small polyps. Is that going beyond the sigmoid colon check?

Brief Answer:
Repeat scopy

Detailed Answer:
We never know until we check and scope the colon. Recurrence can happen but not so early.
