Thanks for posting the query

Sinus related facial pain and headache can be treated with the below mentioned methods:
1. Do steam inhalation 2-3 times a day
2. Drink plenty of warm water
3. Use saline nasal spray as frequently as possible
4. A steroid nasal spray such as momentasone or fluticasone may be beneficial in reducing the nasal block
5. OTC pain relievers such as Diclofenac or Ibuprofen helps in relieving the headache and facial pain
6. A broad spectrum antibiotic to take care of the sinus infection
7. Avoid coffee/smoking/chilled food and beverages
