My 2years baby has LICE &NITS in her hair n scalp. Pl advice for treatment and removal.

Permethrin 1 percent lotion and antihistaminic

Detailed Answer:
Hi

For lice and nits apply permethrin 1 percent lotion on the scalp and hair of your child, keep it for 30-45 minutes and rinse it off.
This has to be repeated again after 10 days.
For itching you can give antihistaminic syrup like syrup Cetrizine 1 mg perkg body weight per day for 10-12 days.
