Question: I daughter has 9 years old and she has plenty if lice in her head.
We have tried all types of products in pharmacy but no one is efficient.
How to get rid of all lice?

I am Dr. Kakkar. I have gone through your concern and I have understood it.
Treatment of lice is by 1% permethrin creme rinse (available as Permite 1% creme rinse) which should be applied on to air-dried hair after shampoo, beginning from the scalp/hair roots to the whole length, and left over for 30 min-45 min before shampooing again.
Single application is usually sufficient. It is ovicidal as well therefore effective against nits as well.
You can also give her an oral antihistamine e,g Syp Cetrizine 5mg/5ml 1 tsf at night for symptomatic relief from itching
Regarding the other concern, it is acne. They can start as early as 8-9 years of age under the influence of adrenal hormones.
You may use topical benzoyl peroxide 2.5 % gel for her, twice daily for 2 weeks. That should dry them up.
