Brief Answer:
You have to get another trial.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

This is an eternal dilemma in eye practice and this is where common sense is to be used.
What I feel by the look of things is that there was an overcorrection by using 0.75 in rt eye. Now you go to the optometrist where you get the glasses made. Ask him to put .5 and then ensure if she improves by putting o.25 cylinder over it. Do it 2 to 3 times to ensure that you are correct. Then we decide if cylinder is needed or just .5 spherical are sufficient.
After she gets a proper glass, you have to ensure if headache was due to glasses or there is some other reason. If headache is relieved then it is fine otherwise you have to look for other causes like nutrition.

Do get back to me in case of any further query in this regard.
