Question : I have had head and body aches for 3 plus days and fever of 100.2 on and off for the last 2 days. I take acetaminophen and drink lots of water. But it seems to persist to today- Sunday the 5th day. YYYY@YYYY

Do you have other symptom except the ones you have described above?
In general it may be a viral. You may start with runny nose, sore throat and cough. They will last for 3-5 days and you will start to be getting better.
Drink plenty or water, and use Acetaminophen every 4-6 hours as needed.

If you start being worse or not better, if you start having other symptoms other then those mentioned above, then I would recommend seeing a local doctor.
